### 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large garden with a beautiful view

Modern and comfortable villa with a wonderful view of the surrounding olive groves from the main terrace. Enjoy a large green garden with olive trees and Mediterranean pines. Hammocks and several swings are available in the garden. You can prepare meals on the grill in the garden.  
The property is suitable for families with children or large groups who want to spend a relaxing holiday. There are three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with sofas.   
The villa also offers a washing machine, a smart TV with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi in all areas.   
The rooms are bright and spacious. From all sides you have direct access to the wide terraces that surround the villa.  
The nearest beach is only 5 minutes away by car (3 km). Many of Sithonia's most famous beaches are a 15 to 30-minute drive away. Nikiti is 12 km from the property. Lagonisi Beach is 20 km away and Vourvourou is 26 km away.  
The nearest airport is Thessaloniki Airport, 80 km from Villa Milenitta.
