### Villa Valero - Beautiful spacious villa close to Pollensa town
Summary:
Villa Valero is a fantastic spacious villa in a great area of La Font, which is only a fifteen-minute walk from the town of Pollenca. The villa has a gated entrance and a large outdoor garden surrounding the pool area, which is perfect for families with children as there is plenty of enclosed space and lawn for them to enjoy the outdoors. It also has a large terraced area with a barbecue, and is furnished with comfortable sofas and a dining table and chairs. The pool is surrounded by plenty of sun loungers for guests who love to sunbathe.
The Space:
Inside the villa is a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. There is also a large dining area with comfortable seating and access to the terrace. The villa has four cosy air-conditioned bedrooms, one double bedroom with an ensuite shower room, and three twin bedrooms.
The living area is furnished with two sofas and a lovely open fireplace. There is also a TV with a large window adjacent that opens fully - helping bring the beautiful outdoors inside.
The villa also includes Wi-Fi, an outdoor swimming pool (33 x 16 ft), a pool table, and air conditioning in all the bedrooms.
Cots and highchairs are available.
Please note there is a refundable security deposit of £300, subject to no damage.
The Neighborhood:
In the La Font area close to Pollenca Old Town. The countryside area between Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca is a picturesque and serene region that offers a perfect escape. Nestled amongst the stunning Tramuntana mountains, this countryside area boasts breathtaking views of rolling hills, lush green landscapes, and charming rural villages. This area is perfect for leisurely walks, cycling, or simply unwinding in the peaceful surroundings. The region also offers easy access to both Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca, where visitors can explore local markets, indulge in delicious cuisine, and enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches. A villa in this countryside area promises a truly rejuvenating and immersive experience in the heart of Mallorca’s natural beauty.
