The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people indoors with air conditioning and the highest level of finishes.Inside, the villa is distributed over 2 floors. Next to the entrance hall, there is a spacious living room with high ceilings with exposed beams, skylights and exposed stone walls. The French doors, with views of the pool and barbecue area, lead to a beautiful terrace with a sitting area perfect for relaxing and reading a book. To the right of the entrance hall, there is a lovely dining room with a kitchen (including a breakfast bar). On the ground floor, there is also a double bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower. A wide staircase leads to the first floor, which has a double bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with two single beds with a private bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with a separate shower.In the exterior, there is a built-in barbecue covered with a long table and chairs that can easily accommodate 8 people to enjoy a delicious meal together. There is also a fridge and a sink available. Next to the barbecue area, there is a toilet and a laundry room.The pool area is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing and has a jacuzzi. It has a teak terrace on one side, lawn on both sides and a stone patio that runs along the other end. The covered terrace near the barbecue area is furnished with sofas and chairs and there is also a stone sitting area with comfortable cushions and a billiard table.Tourist tax is included in the price.This accommodation is part of the energy efficiency improvement project funded by the European Union through the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism - NextGenerationEU.Subsidised investment: 5,706.40 €.Information to take into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. Close enough to the coast and Pollensa old town as well as shops to reach, but secluded enough that you could have a laugh late into the night with friends. My only advice to those thinking of this place is, there’s a well equipped kitchen with many pots and pans and some serving dishes, but you’ll need to buy your own coal and lighting equipment for the bbq. You’ll also need to buy your own washing up liquid and such like if you are planning on being there for a week. The owners do give you the options to do that through them as well but it comes as a whole ‘bundle’ rather than individual items so it may be worth taking stock when you arrive.
