The chalet style Villa has two floors, a luxury design, huge and splendid gardens that surround it. Villa Tia offers first quality accommodation in a prestigious environment with spectaculars views and scenery of the Tramuntana mountains. You will enjoy all the comforts while staying at Villa Tia. The spaciousness of the living room and the exquisite furniture that distributes common spaces, invites you to spend some quality time in the fine company of friends and family. This luxurious villa accommodates seven guests in two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and two elegant fully equipped bathrooms. All bedrooms have enough space to store your luggage, and there is also available free WiFi. All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h. Both the kitchen and the dining room are fully provided to serve and share meals in the house, but also to take your culinary skills to the barbecue area and take the banquet to the terrace at any time. Enjoy yourself having breakfast amidst bird songs or dine under the stars. Every space in Villa Tia has been carefully designed for your delight and comfort. The outdoor area is an excellent place to enjoy your holidays time and sunbath in the hammocks or in the Balinese bed. This exclusive Villa is located just a five minute drive from Pollensa. To fully enjoy your vacation and explore the surroundings, we recommend to rent a car. The Old Town and the Port of Pollensa are full of historical sites, shops, cafes, and superb gastronomy. Its stunning white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters offer a delicious coastline for sunbathing, water sports and sailing the Mediterranean Sea. In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the pollença’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant. Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing. In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters. \* \* \* \* \* Cleaning service, pool towels and a welcome basket is provided for free with every reservation. The beds are super hard and even though we like firm beds this gave us both back pain. Just personal preference but be prepared. The house is stocked with some essentials but it's limited. We ended up getting extra toilet paper, hand towels, dish soap, hand soap for the bathrooms and cooking oil. Would have been nice to have more at the start. Also including photo of the type of coffee pot. You'll need ground coffee. Die Bilder stimmen zwar überein jedoch ist vieles stark Renovierungsbefürftig. z. B. die Bäder Spiegel sehr veraltet und beschädigt, Fliesen Teilweise gerissen, Badewanne rostig, Toilettenrollenhalter defekt, Toilette bewegt sich, Duschkabine komplett defekt. Handbrause in beiden Badezimmern uralt und ungepflegt. Küche Herd so dreckig das dort niemand essen zubereiten möchte. Gesamteindruck Küche sehr veraltet, lädt nicht zum kochen. Im ganzen Haus Fliesen immer mal wieder gerissen. Das ist aus unserer Sicht völlig überteuert, der Eigentümer muss auch investieren. Das beste am Haus ist Pool. The property managers were friendly and easily contactable . We lived in the outside area which was perfect for relaxing with plenty of sun loungers and outside seating as well as lots of shade for the hot August sun. A few more cushions on some of the outside chairs would however be a welcome addition. Air con in the bedrooms was efficient though on a timer. Wifi was reliable. We hired bikes for a week as it was an easy cycle to both Pollença and Port Pollença. An enjoyable holiday in these covid trying times. ##### Carolyn S.
