Chalet Can Pou is a charming villa located just 5 minutes by car from Puerto Pollensa, situated in a rural environment surrounded by palm trees, trees, and plants.This spacious single-story villa with three bedrooms, stone-clad walls, wonderful mountain views, and an impressive pool make Chalet Can Pou a unique and ideal place to share with family or friends.Its imposing garden with a private pool is one of the highlights of Chalet Can Pou. You can enjoy a barbecue, have a glass of wine with an unparalleled view, have fun with a ping pong match, share culinary delights at its long wooden table, or simply appreciate the tranquility and beauty that surrounds it.The entrance to Chalet Can Pou welcomes us impressively. A long hall with high ceilings, arches with stone-clad walls, and long wooden beams invite us to enter this beautiful and unique villa.To the left, we find a bedroom with two beds, in light colors, with windows that let in beautiful natural light and allow enjoyment of the garden view. On the other side of the hall at the same level is a master bedroom, also with beautiful views, with a stone-clad wall and high wooden beams.All rooms include cold/heat air conditioning. To improve your comfort, they can be used at any time of day or night.Following the hall on both sides, we find a bathroom, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Each bathroom is designed with tiles and wooden furniture that give it charm and harmony. Continuing down the same hallway, we find a spacious and comfortable kitchen. It has large and spacious cabinets and is fully equipped. On the other side is the third bedroom with its two beds, also in light colors.The dining room with its wooden table is an ideal place to share a delicious dinner or lunch. Its glass doors, when opened, allow enjoyment of the sun and its beautiful garden.A comfortable living room with blue armchairs, a decorative fireplace, with picture details and ornaments invite you to enjoy and share board games, read a book, or share a movie on its TV. WiFi is available throughout the house.Chalet Can Pou is located between the Old Town of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. In just 5 minutes by car, you can enjoy its beautiful beaches and streets that invite you to get lost in the history of this wonderful town.In Pollença, you will find shops, a cultural center, the Pollença market, restaurants, cafes, and bars.
