With stone-clad walls, three bedrooms and beautiful mountain views, it offers a spacious and private setting ideal for families or groups of friends. The exterior is one of the highlights of the property, featuring a large garden, private pool and barbecue area—perfect for relaxing, enjoying meals outdoors or unwinding with a drink while taking in the scenery. Guests can also enjoy a ping pong table and a long wooden dining table ideal for gatherings. The entrance of the villa stands out for its generous space: a long, bright hall with high ceilings, stone arches and wooden beams sets the tone for the rustic style of the house. On the left, a twin bedroom is bright and decorated with wooden details that complement the rustic style, with windows overlooking the garden. On the opposite side, a double bedroom features a stone wall and high ceilings that enhance its Mediterranean character. All bedrooms include hot/cold air conditioning with no time restrictions for greater comfort. Along the corridor there are two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and the other with a shower—both decorated with tiles and wooden elements. Further ahead, the hall leads to a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with large cupboards and everything needed for comfortable cooking. Opposite the kitchen is the third bedroom, also with twin beds in soft tones. The combined living-dining area provides a comfortable space for everyday life, with a wooden table for shared meals and blue sofas ideal for reading, relaxing or watching TV. Glass doors connect the room with the garden, allowing natural light to enter and creating a seamless indoor-outdoor feel. The house offers free wifi throughout. Chalet Can Pou is situated between the old town of Pollença and Puerto Pollença, allowing guests to enjoy both the historic charm of the village and its beautiful beaches. The beach of Puerto Pollença is perfect for relaxing or enjoying activities such as kayaking, windsurfing or jet skiing. Some beautiful, traditional features, while not feeling old-fashioned like some other properties we looked at. Table tennis was good fun! The pool was lovely and kept spotlessly clean by the friendly owner. Better instructions in some areas, e.g. how to open the gate from inside! This was our first family holiday with 3 babies under 1 years old and cots and high chairs were provided. You need a car to get around as it is quite remote but there are supermarkets within a 5 min drive and the remoteness is exactly what we were looking for when deciding on where we wanted to stay. We would 100% recommend. The only good place for WiFi is in the living room. A little upgrade on the download and upload speed would fit the price of the house. Die Finca, sowie die Betreuung durch Owl Booking waren einzigartig Wow!!! Die Finca, sowie die Betreuung durch Owl Booking waren einzigartig. Schon vor der Reise wurden wir mehrfach freundlichst angeschrieben und über alles, was man wissen muss informiert. Als wir vor Ort waren, wurde sich mehrfach per WhatsApp erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Bei Nachfragen hat sich sofort jemand gemeldet und versucht zu helfen und unterstützen. Alle waren sehr ,sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Finca liegt fantastisch ruhig und hat einen sehr schönen, sauberen Pool, der mehrfach gereinigt ,und dessen Wasserqualität überprüft wurde, und einen sehr eindrucksvollen, liebevoll gepflegten Garten. Im Haus ist alles super sauber. Ein Reinigungsteam kommt einmal die Woche mit Vorankündigung ,reinigt die Bäder und bringt frische Handtücher. Wir haben in den Betten gut geschlafen. Die Finca hat eine tolle Raumaufteilung, ist im mallorchinischen Stil gebaut und hat hohe Decken, sodass es nicht so heiß im Haus wird. Die Bäder sind traumhaft schön und auch blitzsauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an das großartige Team! Besser kann man es nicht machen. Wir würden ,wenn möglich auch mehr als 5 Punkte geben! Une semaine passée dans cette magnifique maison avec très belle piscine dans un quartier calme . Maison très bien équipée que ce soit les chambres ou la cuisine il y a tout ce qu’il faut ! Le seul bémol est qu’il faut absolument une voiture ou autre moyen de locomotion. Dommage que le propriétaire n’ait pas mis de vélos à disposition.
