Modern Villa La Vinya for up to 10 guests, only 5 min to the town of Pollensa! Soak in stunning views from the Tramuntana mountains to the bay of Pollensa and beyond from this five-bedroom villa of 210 square meters. A stone patio surrounds the large, infinity-style swimming pool that measures 4m by 15m and has a depth of 1m to 2.1m. A barbecue and outdoor patio area provide a peaceful setting for a home-cooked meal before retreating indoors for family time in front of the living room's TV. Sneak into the fully equipped kitchen for a late-night snack where standard kitchen appliances can be found and utilised. The ground floor of this two-story villa features comprises a light-filled lounge/dining area with cream-coloured sofas and a dining table complete with 10 chairs. This level also includes a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a twin bedroom (two single beds) with ensuite shower room, a further twin bedroom (two single beds) and a shower room. Each of these bedrooms has terrace access through patio doors. The bed sizes are as follows: 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed. Stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a twin bedroom (two single beds), a double bedroom featuring a floor-to-ceiling windows, and a full bathroom. Bedrooms, bathrooms and social areas are very high standard. Kitchen too, except for the usual suspects that never seems to work 100% in rental houses. (knives, bowls, coffee maker etc) But everything is very fresh and clean. AC in all bedrooms and thought through placement of AC in relation to beds. (not the usual; AC blows straight at bed so in order to sleep well you catch a cold) Pool and pool area very nice as well. Barbeque also nice. A bit away from the house and social areas so the person doing the bbq is quite alone during cooking. Minus for extremely bad wi-fi. The fact that the AC is on timer was a bit of a hassle to, the hottest hours of the day it is turned off, which for us traveling with kids (and a baby) was not optimal. ##### Tesso A.
