Villa Marine for a family or group of four friends, only 1.5km to the old town of Pollensa and 8.5km to the beach! This cozy, two-bedroom villa is full of rustic charm and peaceful surroundings but still close enough to modern-day amenities, providing the best of both worlds on a Mallorca holiday. A lot of 4000 square meters features a private pool (4.5m x 8m), sun loungers, a stone barbecue to grill local meats and seafood, and a shaded patio dining area. Inside the 160-square-meter villa, the modest interior is classically decorated with a fully outfitted kitchen and large wooden doors that lead to a living/dining room where guests can relax after a long day spent exploring the old town of Pollensa or visiting the nearby wintery. Walk under a stone archway to enter the master double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and access to a second full bathroom. Sizes of the beds are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed. Although set in a rural setting, Villa Marine is just a short drive from some of the area's top sites like Pollença (1.5km), Puerto Pollença (8.5m), and Cala St. Vicente (7.6km). An Absolute must to break away from it all and what a great place to do it. Lovely villa really clean great size pool and great views. very professional people to deal with.
