Perfect for all those guests who wish to spend their holidays in contact with the sea in the relaxing atmosphere of Mallorca without constantly depending on a car, Can Bauza offers an unbeatable quality-price ratio for up to 8 people. The cosy and spacious interiors, together with the advantage of a welcoming private garden with lawn and pool, will be the perfect base for unforgettable holidays. Inside, the villa is distributed over 2 floors and has been carefully designed to provide spacious areas for spending time together. On the ground floor, there is a large living room (with doors leading to the pool patio), a fully equipped independent kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, 4 hobs, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine), a double bedroom and a family bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, there are 3 other large bedrooms: a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and 2 bedrooms with twin beds sharing a family bathroom with a bathtub. All rooms have access to private terraces offering beautiful views over the pool and local pine trees: a stunning view at any time of day! For the comfort of our guests, air conditioning is available with a presence sensor system Outside, the villa has spacious paved terraces on both the ground floor and first floor, perfect for enjoying a delicious outdoor dinner or a glass of wine while taking in the views (a large dining table is provided). There is also a brick barbecue available. The private pool is equipped with comfortable sun loungers and will be the perfect place to relax after a long day at the nearby beach. Parking is also available free of charge. The tourist tax is included in the rates. Important information to bear in mind: In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.
