Beachfront Penthouse with impressive sea views:  
Pollensa Bay’s wide arc of turquoise waters entice all those who come, many return again and again, many settle here. Even Pollencins who have grown up here never tire of the place and lose their love of this beautiful bay. So to wake up to it every day is a dream holiday come true.  
  
This penthouse apartment is brand new; its huge floor-to-ceiling windows make sure that those bright blue skies are right in your home. With the beach just below and the quaye beyond with La Forteleza — of Night-Manager fame — in the background, this is Puerto Pollensa at its best.  
  
On the first floor of the apartment, the open plan dining area and lounge open out onto the balcony that offers those beach views. From the adjacent kitchen there is another terrace, perfect for outdoor dining. The first bedroom, a twin, also opens onto this terrace. At the rear of the apartment, the views from here are of the Tramuntana mountain range.  
  
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, the master double and the second twin room. They share a bathroom complete with bathtub. The roof terrace is where the dream comes alive. Uninterrupted views of the entire Bay are precious. When you’re not enjoying the beach (whether you’re on, in or next to the sea), when you’re not shopping or dining or taking in the atmosphere downstairs, this is where you’ll want to be, a gin and tonic in hand, soaking in the view and not a care in the world.
