This 2 bedroom, corner apartment is in a small private block of 14 Situated just behind Pine Walk close to the Illa D’or hotel. As it is situated on the third floor, it has views of either the mountains or the sea from each of the large windows on all three sides. It has wonderful uninterrupted views of the Boquer valley to the rear It is only 50 yards to the sandy beach with sunbeds and umbrellas ,and the centre of Puerto Pollensa is approximately 15 to 20 min stroll down the attractive pedestrianised Pine walk. The apartment has bright fully fitted separate kitchen with an open plan lounge /dining area with 4 large windows, recently refurbished with new flooring This leads off to one of the double bedrooms with king size double bed..( can be two singles)the other twin ( can be a king) being located through the hall that has a further large window overlooking the mountains There is bathroom with large walk in shower washbasin and toilet The washing machine is located in a small adjacent room There are two balconies, the front overlooks pine walk and the sea and has 2 chairs and a small table, and the rear overlooks Boquer valley hills and the pool at the bar The stylish bar/restaurant on the ground floor has a Large pool with sunbathing and children's area that is open to paying customer use . The bar does have music when open and in the high season it has live music ( a small local band or guitarist) on Monday and Friday it ends on the dot of midnight The quiet street between the apartment block and pine walk provides ample parking The picturesque resort of Puerto Pollensa lies on the northern tip of Majorca. It's lovely setting and old world charm makes it a favourite amongst holiday makers. Life revolves around it's fabulous sandy beaches, the harbour and the open-air cafés. It is particularly popular amongst families as much of the resort is pedestrianised and, of course, the locals welcome children wherever you go. Puerto Pollensa has everything - wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back friendly atmosphere. The sheltered horseshoe shaped bay is set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range. No wonder Puerto Pollensa remains a favourite with families and couples who return on holiday time and time again. Dieser gehört zur anliegenden Bar. Dort musst du was essen UND trinken, um den Pool zu benutzen (die Preise sind eher hoch). Möchtest du zusätzlich eine Liege benutzen kostet das 8\. We used the beach chairs every day; really good to have these at the flat, Balcony pretty small, but the close proximity of the sea made up for that. Amazing views from each window; even a sea view from the front. The street was quite noisy first thing in the morning as deliveries were made to the hotel. We enjoyed breakfasts on the front balcony with the sea view and the opportunity to use the pool at the Laguna bar below, not to mention a birthday meal on the beautiful front line terrace of the Illa d'Or hotel nearby. The living area and bedroom were good sizes. The kitchen was small and the fridge disappointing given the climate and that the apartment is listed for 4 people. Equally the balconies were narrow and small. The bathroom was adequate. However, for 2 people the spaces were sufficient. Easy walk into town, great base for walking and exploring the beautiful part of the island. Carmen was welcoming and helpful. ##### Tim E. We were grateful for the heating as it can be quite chilly in January in P.P. The location is great, very close to the beach and although it was quiet during our stay in winter with a 15 - 20 minute walk to nearest restaurants and bars, later in the year there would be plenty of choice much closer. Useful having the two balconies giving a choice of sun or shade with lovely views of the mountains from the back. Melanie was a very helpful host and responded to queries promptly. A few minutes walk from the pine walk, then another few minutes along the pine walk to the first beach. Very close to Store which is great for drinks and also has a very handy spar next door. We really appreciated the foldable deckchairs that we could borrow for the beach, no need to hire them! Good sized apartment with everything you need, great for families of 4!
