To access the villa there is a path which is 108cm wide alongside 4 steps, the driveway is slightly uneven. There is also a ramp to the front door. The front door has a width of 110cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 72cm wide. There is 1 step, or a ramp down to the poolside. The path to the pool is narrow over the lawn. The pool itself has step access. This is a ground-floor property. The bedrooms towards the back of the property have a door width of 77cm. The master bedroom ensuite door is also 77cm wide.
