The long sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa is just at the door step. It is perfect for those who want to be close to the beach and near the center. All the amenities are within walking distance so a car is not necessary as you are close to everything. The layout of the apartment is all on the ground floor, making it easy for families with small children or the elderly. Although all the bedrooms have A/C, the rest of the house is cooled by the fresh outdoor breeze. In the property you will find a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living/dining room with direct access to the lovely terrace, 3 bedrooms (one double bedroom ensuite, twin bedroom and double bedroom), 2 bathrooms. Jul 19, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Perfect for Kids The location of this property is ideal for those who want to be close to the beach and it is only a 15-20 minutes walk to the centre of Puerto Pollensa and 10 minutes walk from a bus stop; but there are also plenty of bars, restaurants and shops close by if you don't fancy the walk. The property itself is very good; there is plenty of indoor and outdoor space. One of the bedrooms had a window that couldn't be locked, but it stayed shut if the bedroom door was closed so it wasn't too much of an issue.
