Peter was a wonderful host who warmly welcomed us and provided helpful local tips. The apartment was nice and cozy, conveniently located within walking distance of the Old Town and many popular attractions. The ocean view was absolutely beautiful! One minor issue is that the ceiling is quite low in some areas, so be careful! Unfortunately, both of us bumped our heads and ended up with small bumps. 😅 It would be helpful if Peter could add some protective foam padding to the low-ceiling areas to prevent accidental head bumps. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated Peter’s hospitality!

We loved this villa. It had everything you could need and is located in quiet location but close to a nice village and several excellent restaurants.

Absolutely stunning views of the Adriatic and Dubrovnik. Do not hesitate, this villa is absolutely beautiful and has all the amenities you need for your stay. We enjoyed our mornings on the balcony overlooking the sea and cooling off in pool during the evenings. But the best part of the stay was our host! Adrian and Naira made us feel like family. They were so gracious and generous during our stay. We hope to return soon!

Family of 4, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Half board buffet option was good value and quality also. Very happy with our choice and super friendly staff.

The apartment was lovely and the views where spectacular! It is a good walk from Kotor old town approx 25 mins but the views are well worth it ! Lovely restaurant just down the road (Mediterranean nights ) with lovely friendly staff.
