Located within the prestigious Vintage Estate in Pokolbin, this stylish 3-bedroom retreat offers unbeatable golf course views and a central location close to vineyards, restaurants, and wedding venues.
Designed for comfort and entertaining, the property features a private swimming pool, indoor and outdoor living spaces, and sweeping views over the renowned Greg Norman-designed golf course. It's perfect for families, friends, and groups attending weddings, concerts, or golfing weekends in the Hunter Valley.
The spacious master bedroom boasts a walk-in robe and modern ensuite, while two additional bedrooms include versatile king-split beds to suit couples or friends. The upstairs loft provides a separate relaxation zone complete with a large lounge, entertainment system, and an optional sofa bed (charges apply) for extra guests.
A media room, two-way gas fireplace, and table tennis in the garage ensure entertainment for all ages. Outside, there's plenty of grass for the kids to play, while you unwind in the sunshine with a glass of Hunter Valley wine in hand.
This split-level home comfortably sleeps up to 8 adults and offers the ultimate in Hunter Valley group accommodation.

Amazing Property and Location

Fantastic place to stay in Hunter valley. The location was beautiful and the house was clean, tidy and very presentable. Communication with the Vintage staff was very easy and they accommodated to all our needs. Would definitely visit again :)

Beautiful little entertainer

The house is gorgeous enough that I want to find the builder and have them build me one. Generally everything inside is premium and it's just a really nice experience. Lots of shared space and an absolutely stunning pool, I definitely want to come back when it's a bit warmer.

Beautiful house, lovely views

We loved the size and layout of the property and the views over the golf course were lovely. The table tennis table in the garage was a fun addition. Bed in master bedroom was really comfy. Unfortunately the place was a bit grubby. The dishwasher doesn't seem to be doing the job. Almost everything needed washing before we could use it. Kitchen surfaces and floors hadn't been adequately cleaned. There was mould around the door to outside in the master bedroom and the carpet is heavily stained. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay

Overall great house pool and location. Had everything you need for a getaway Needs to be cleaner

Was a good house with lovely pool and outdoor area. Location is great. Was let down by little things. Wasn't very clean. We found toe nail clippings on the living room rug :( With a good clean and better mattresses would be perfect! Would stay again but would request a more detailed clean before we arrived.

Beautiful property, great location. A perfect Hunter escape

Lovely house to rent for a getaway. Pool and outdoor area are fabulous. Well done. The spaces are well furnished and thought out. I asked if there was a coffee machine to ensure we had the right pods and were told there was no machine. However there was, unfortunately the pods on offer were only a couple of decaf, hot chocolate and chai latte. Not what we need after a atypical Hunter Valley Wine tour 😜. Would like to say thanks for an easy check in process as well. The owners of the property should know that we all loved the home and would be happy to stay there again.
