An architectural gem in the heart of wine country, Maple Manor is nestled within The Vintage, a sought-after residential  
estate that meanders around the renowned Greg Norman-designed golf course. It's difficult to overstate the influence of a  
skilled architect in residential design, and as soon as you step into this property's entry foyer, the superb quality is  
immediately apparent.  
Designed by distinguished architectural firm Witzig Schulz, this master-built tri-level home demonstrates the hallmark of  
quality craftmanship. Signature design elements are evident, with a spacious flowing floorplan, light-filled interior, lofty  
ceilings, abundant use of glass and timber, and plentiful hardwood timber louvres, which provide valuable crossflow  
ventilation.  
The ground floor has a double garage with parking space for a golf cart, and internal access to the entry foyer. On the  
middle level, there is a large, open plan living area that opens front and back to stunning al fresco spaces, including an  
enormous, covered balcony with a tranquil leafy outlook, and a rear courtyard featuring a spectacular mature Japanese  
maple (which gives the property the name Maple Manor ). This level also has a well-appointed kitchen with stone  
benchtops, two generous bedrooms with ceiling fans and robes, the main bathroom, and an additional powder room.  
A magnificent master suite takes up the entire the top level. This private retreat incorporates a custom-built study area  
and bespoke wardrobes, as well as an ensuite bathroom with twin basins and heated towel rack. It opens directly onto a  
large balcony that is surrounded by mature trees, providing a secluded space with beautifully dappled light.

Points forts : Propreté

Everything was perfect except for check in being really hard to find. I realised my texts I received had come in later than check in and staff seemed confused about info I had discussed via email previously. Maybe clearly define where you will be etc. House itself was perfect.
