My room was tiny but perfectly adequate, I only really needed a bed and a shower as I wasn't planning to be in the hotel that much. The management were very helpful and friendly in fact I got a knock on my door in the morning to tell me that there was a good view of Fishtail Mountain if I wanted to go up to the roof to have a better look. The rooms a good size with comfy chairs and separate bathrooms. Decor a bit tired but clean. We were off trekking so being able to leave extra luggage in safe storage with identity tickets was a bonus. Local knowledge helpful when plane delayed and organising taxis. Away from the main road so a bit quieter than other places. Some confusion about whether breakfast was included, (although it was clearly noted on my booking confirmation). It was rainy, when I arrived, he was very helpful, he offered me an umbrella, when I visited the lake, in the afternoon. Overall, the hotel staff was great and efficient. The hotel has awesome view of the Himalayan Peak. The staff is very friendly, and always very helpful. Everything from cab rides, bus tickets, sightseeing and medical attention they have taken care of no problem. The rooms are comfortable and of good standard.
