It was oh sorry we let it get empty until filling it. My fault apparently I should have rung them. I was wet in the shower with conditioner in my hair. This is a basic requirement especially at over $300 per night. Yes these things get missed it was the staffs attitude that upset me. She did not care. It is not about the environment, its about them saving money.
