« Super location! Never in my wildest dreams would i have imagined sleeping to the sound of waves. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The property came with everything you would need, full kitchen, nice sized bathroom and the most comfortable bed ever (I need to know what brand the mattress is!). Overall I highly recommend. « A work based visit for a team member and I.The location was perfect for access to OC and LA both, without a city/busy feel. Downtown Santa Ana is great and has coffee and shops within walking distance. Check in was extremely easy, receiving codes and details a few hours before check-in. « Our adult family stayed at the property for a week and would stay here again! We were very happy with the cleanliness and the place overall and the bathrooms and kitchen were updated and new. While Balboa is not the quietest place in the morning, the windows were the best we’ve experienced at keeping the plane noise out. We appreciated the waters and snacks the host provided. Thanks! »
