Beautiful 2 Bedroom Upstairs Apartment Located Just One and a Half Block from the Beach, Main Boardwalk and Water Park Fun! Convenience stores and restaurants a block away. Sleeps 6! 4 Seasonal BEACH BADGES INCLUDED. Bus stop steps away to Toms River Park&Ride, which connects to NYC.
The main bedroom has a new Queen bed. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed. The large living room has a full sofa-bed and another sofa. Amenities include central air, WiFi, cable, washer/dryer, coffee maker, grill. Exclusive use of newly finished rooftop fiber-glass deck (650 sq feet) with grill and tables for you to enjoy nice barbecue, or relax in the evening light. Parking Onsite. Linens and Towels are provided, but if you prefer, bring your own. COME MAKE A LIFETIME OF MEMORIES!!
Max trip length is 3 weeks. No smoking, No pets. Copy of driver license is required, minimum age 24. No third party booking please. Kids traveling with staying parents are welcome. Non-family groups need to be over 24 for all members. Copy of driver license is required upon request. Ring video doorbell on first floor on front yard as required by the city.

Perfect little beach condo!

Such a great location! Block and a half from the beach/boardwalk, 2 blocks from a water park, and a short walk to the pier. Got there on Wednesday night and headed straight to the boardwalk for some fireworks (they have them every Wed night). Thursday we hung at the beach all day and came back to the condo for afternoon snacks and happy hour on the rooftop deck. The wind was crazy and the deck umbrella inverted!! I texted the owners to let them know and apologize and they showed up with a new umbrella, a crab trap to take to the bay for crabbing, and even gave bubbles to my 4 year old. They are SO kind! The place was so clean and had all the amenities you could think of. The bunk beds are both double beds now (not pictured in the listing) but that was a huge bonus. The single bedroom was perfect (bed was a little firm so if you like it soft bring a mattress topper). The laundry machines, beach chairs, and beach tags were also clutch! Place comes with all bedding and towels so all you need is some beach towels and you’re good to go.

Place was very clean and a nice size. Host was very accommodating. Our umbrella broke on the deck and they brought me a new one the same day and they traveled an hour away just to bring it. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Will definitely book again.

Absolutely amazing!

Clean, quiet, and convenient. The roof patio was the best part! Stars and some quiet people watching. The boys 11 and 14 were more than thrilled about the easy access to everything.

Great central location!

Loved our stay! Perfectly located a short walk (2 blocks) from the center of the boardwalk. Appreciated the beach badges, beach chairs and umbrella. Great communication with the property owner. Overall our stay was great!

Perfect beach getaway

We had a wonderful time in Seaside Heights. Property was exactly as listed. Yi and his wife were very welcoming and accommodating! In walking distance to everything, all the necessities (and more) provided. Beach passes were appreciated! We used the outdoor space as much as the inside & it made a good spot for fireworks too. Wonderful stay for our family!

Seaside getaway weekend
