Only issues we had were the tight quarters for sleeping and sand on the floors - pretty tough to avoid sand when right on the beach. Stayed there with my father and 3 sisters. Since my father is elderly the view was very important. The house did not disappoint. Great view of the ocean from the front porch and living room. The location was good for us…in between the inlet and the Point Pleasant arcades so quiet enough for our older group but a short walk to attractions. As the pictures show the house is beautifully decorated and everything is shiny and new. The homeowner Jill was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with.
