"This was a wonderful stay with great views of the bay. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Great kitchen for cooking dinner, with nice table with room for all of us. The living room had nice large TV screen, but also great views overlooking the bay and Dunedin. Spent two nights, but could have easily spent more."

"I spoke to the lovely manager and she advised me that they are in the process of doing a refresh and remodel of the rooms. Overall it was just fine for one night. The shower was a bit icky. I can see that if they took the time to make a significant investment in the remodel it will pay off especially because nice properties definitely get a return for that investment in city locations"

"Nice vintage-style room. We rushed to arrive by 7pm, as the office closed at 7\. We arrived at 6:50 only to find the closed sign. Had to hit the emergency button. We prepaid for breakfast, but received no details from the young man that checked us in; however a beautiful and large breakfast was delivered to our room just before 8am. Had we been informed, we would have answered our door faster. The apartment was mostly clean, had adequate kitchen and included instant tea, coffee, and cocoa. A container of milk was provided at check in. Bed was comfortable; did find several long hairs on the sheets. Separate shower and toilet rooms were nice. Washroom vanity is very small.
