"For some unknown reason this place was already rated "excellent" whereas there was no previous reviews. So I felt a little bit manipulated as this place without being bad was way overrated. Although the place is generally clean, it nis not maintained properly. Some stuffs need some fixing. The room I stayed in for almost 10 days had suffered water leakage in the wall which resulted in traces on the wall which has not been redone or even painted. "My room was clean and the staff is extremely professional and very kind. The pool is rather small but the water was acceptable. Could have been better. I had a petite room. Queen size comfortable bed but no window. Air conditioning is very good. Yhorman is a great host. He is extremely knowledgeable of the area and about tourist activities to do. You’re in the heart of the nightlife and the Getsemani historical district. "

"The only window in our room faced the hallway of the hotel. I was very unhappy about this. I intensely dislike rooms without windows. I asked every day if I could move to another room. I made it clear that I was willing to pay more in order to have a window. The hotel was obviously not full, but they refused to let me move to a different room. I would never stay there again. The cleaning staff skipped our room entirely one day and on other days failed to replace the wet and dirty towels. "
