"Family had a great time at the cottage. 16 of us including 3 children. -enough sleep spaces without the ground floor (which I knew we would not get after speaking with host) -1st floor bath has toilet n shower only, main is full -enough towels, bedding, toiletries etc. -all appliances inc. tv, wifi, A/C worked without issue except BBQ ignitor, which we got to work using a lighter found in kitchen drawer -some indoor amenities listed that were not there: fireplace, fitness room/equipment, wood...

"We had a fabulous stay at this property. The location is fantastic and easy to get to. The cottage itself is beautiful, very new and clean!! All the rooms and shared living spaces were spacious and clean. Plenty of showers and bathrooms which made it easy for a group of 10.
