Nichée dans le dédale des ruelles étroites du centre historique de Pognana Lario se trouve ma maison – à seulement 100 mètres, soit 5 à 8 minutes à pied de la route principale, mais déjà dans un monde à part, calme et serein. Côme et Bellagio sont accessibles en seulement 20 à 30 minutes en voiture – deux joyaux scintillants du lac, facilement accessibles. Elle dispose d'une grande terrasse offrant une vue imprenable sur le lac, les montagnes et de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Avec une superficie de 120 m², la maison date de l’année 1900 et a récemment été rénovée. Elle s’étend sur trois étages et comprend deux chambres, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle à manger séparée et un salon. Le salon et la salle à manger Vous y trouverez un grand canapé en L ainsi qu’une télévision de 50 pouces avec principalement des chaînes italiennes. Toutefois, toutes les séries et les blockbusters sont en anglais. La salle à manger séparée est équipée d’une table pour quatre personnes et possède un plafond voûté ainsi qu’un passage menant à la terrasse. De là, un escalier permet d’accéder à la terrasse. Remarque : Les enfants ne sont pas autorisés à emprunter cet escalier ou le passage sans la surveillance d’un adulte. Les chambres et salles de bain es deux chambres sont situées au niveau le plus bas de la maison. La chambre principale dispose d’un lit queen-size et d’une salle de bain attenante avec une baignoire en bois. Elle offre également un accès direct à une petite terrasse où vous pourrez déguster votre café du matin. Dans cette chambre, le sol en pierre d’origine a été conservé. La deuxième chambre est équipée de deux lits simples. La cuisine La cuisine moderne et entièrement équipée offre un grand espace pour préparer de délicieux repas. Si vous êtes pressé, un micro-ondes est également à votre disposition. Elle comprend également: ✅ une machine à café ✅ une bouilloire électrique ✅ un grand réfrigérateur ✅ un grille-pain ✅ un lave-vaisselle ✅ un four et une plaque à induction. La terrasse principale La grande terrasse sur le toit offre une vue panoramique spectaculaire à 360 degrés sur les environs, avec un magnifique panorama sur le lac, les montagnes et de superbes couchers de soleil. Et pour les fans : oui, vous pouvez voir la Villa Oleandra, la résidence des Clooney. La plage Une plage publique se trouve à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la maison. L’accès à la plage, Lido di Quarzano, se situe juste à côté du parking du "Bar Sonia" sur la route principale. Vous y verrez les escaliers qui descendent. Merci d’utiliser exclusivement les serviettes de plage mises à votre disposition. Elles sont fournies dans chaque chambre. Accès et utilisation En tant que mes invités, vous aurez accès à toutes les pièces, à l’exception d’une seule : la troisième chambre reste privée, car j’utilise la maison au moins une fois par mois. C’est une maison en libre-service avec un accès sans clé. Si vous avez besoin d’aide, vous pouvez me contacter via le chat de réservation ou par téléphone. 🎒Accès & Transport gratuit des bagages (À environ 100 mètres de la route principale) La maison est accessible uniquement à pied, par les ruelles historiques et les escaliers du village. La maison est bien équipé et la terrasse est incroyable avec une vue à couper le souffle. La résidence est à proximité des principaux joyaux du lac de Côme et le responsable sur place connais tout le monde, est serviable et sympathique et de bon conseils pour planifier les activités! Die Unterkunft liegt mitten im Bergdörfchen, sodass man viel vom authentischen, italienischen Lifestyle mitbekommt. Das hat uns gut gefallen, als Gegensatz zu dem im Sommer sehr touristischen Hotspots wie Como und Bellagio. Es ist nicht weit nach Mailand, das man gut mit dem Zug von Como aus erreichen kann. Auch Wanderungen kann man von hier aus starten.Die Terrasse und der Blick auf den See von dort sind wunderbar, besonders nachts ist die Aussicht magisch. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und optisch sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und mit allem, was man so braucht, ausgestattet. Robert is a great communicator and if you need anything, he's on top of it. Franco is Robert's representative who will check you in and you will definitely need Franco and his cart. If you are going to be driving, make sure you check with Robert on the size of the car, as Robert provided valuable advice on the size of the car that will fit into his garage. Without Franco’s professional parking services, parking never would have happened. Limited parking options available.Great restaurant below, they sells bus tickets to Como and Bellagio. I though the drive would only be 10-15 min but on the Italian roads it was closer to 30-40 min. The views along the drive are amazing but you need to plan for extra time. The only negative is the 153 steps to get from the road to the unit. If it was not for that I would give all 5 stars. ##### David W. We had a bit of trouble finding the house , but Robert was quick to find us help and we were escorted to the house ( with full luggage service thankfully , because it is a climb to the house ) . The house is beautiful, spacious and has everything you would need . You quickly realize that long walk to the house is well worth it, because the views are absolutely to die for! ##### Kelli P. The roof top terrace of the house offers a 180 degrees view of Lake Como from high up. I spent every day on it and got up as soon as the sunrise to admire the view with a cappuccino, my phone for pictures and a book. It is nicely furnished inside and the outdoor spaces, and you have a small terrace just outside the primary bedroom. The kitchen is modern, nice appliances with view of Lake Como, beautiful dining room and fireplace. Lots of natural light. They have a lot of stairs in this region, avoid high heels and big suitcases as you need to go up to access the house. We made the mistake to rent a small SUV and could not park in the garage. They have several public parking sites in town, we were always able to find a free parking spot. They have public transportation and we will consider in a future stay to take advantage of this option. You can buy your food and wine in Pognana Lario. The neighbors are quiet and friendly as we got help to figure out our way through these ancient stones as we were going up the stairs at our arrival. You really get the feeling of leaving and experiencing beautiful Italy. The distance to Como is 14 km but takes 30 minutes by car as the road is narrow, about the same for Bellagio. ##### Nadine P. Excellently furnished and fully equipped. A bit of a hike from the road - up a number of cobbled steps... but, I am 60 years old and could manage it easily enough - 'though not as quickly as my 21 year old son - but we wouldn't get the beautiful views from the terrace without the short up-hill hike - so well worth it IMO. There are a few places to park - but the closer ones were generally full, so a 10-15 minute walk along the road was usually required.. Overall a really excellent place and experience. ##### Sharon J.
