Holiday home Podere Oliveta is a beautiful property that includes air conditioning, WiFi internet and shared pool. Podere Oliveta is a villa / farmhouse / home having a total of four separate units. The property can accommodate up to ten people comfortably in five bedrooms with four bathrooms. Conveniently located , Italy in the tourist area "San Gimignano And Surroundings" and only 17 km (11 mi) from San Gimignano.

After arriving you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property perfect for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - visiting museums, shopping, sightseeing or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can relax with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a patio and barbecue grill. Each apartment has its own private living area with a bedroom and bathroom. A lot of people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit vacation rental where they can spend time together in the common areas, such as the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters.

This apartment is ideal for a family, it's at the ground floor with access from a lovely garden, equipped with garden furniture and barbecue.  
  
The kitchen, with marble countertops and solid wood doors, is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals. The large, bright living room has French doors overlooking the garden and features a wonderful fireplace. In the bathroom you can enjoy the shower.  
  
The master bedroom has wrought-iron beds with bedspreads and flowered curtains, and the pink-colored double room has a brick vaulted ceiling, herringbone terracotta floors and a window.  
It represents the ideal solution for those seeking relaxation and typical Tuscan style.
