On the first floor there is a room with kitchen, where you will surely spend a lot of time, because from here you can also reach the garden with children's playground equipment and pool. The swimming pool is heated. You can also relax in a sauna. In addition to the comfort, tasteful furnishings and functionality that this vacation home offers, you also have a magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding islands and mountains from the top floor. Villa podstrana

When we arrived at the house, we were warmly welcomed and our friends' holiday was kicked off with a shot. We received an extensive house tour, where we could feast our eyes on the beautiful view. The house is large, cozy and is completely taken cared for. The house is located in a perfect location. You are so close to the sea, restaurants or on the route to the center. That we had a great time here is certainly the right word. Another big thank you to the residents of the house; your kindness and always being available. If you are still in doubt; we say go for it!

A really enjoyable holiday! The property is really well maintained, with everything you need for a really enjoyable holiday. The hosts were very welcoming and met us on arrival and provided us with a tour of the house and a welcome drink. The property itself is extremely spacious and is split across three floors, with an individual apartment on each, joined by an internal stairwell. These can either be shared as one big house or split per floor if you have different families. The apartment was very well equipped and included nice little touches such as soap, towel, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, BBQ tongs, etc, so we didn't need to bring our own. We were a party of eight, but the accommodation has plenty of room for a larger group. Location wise, it was about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach with a few really nice restaurants and shops. The walk back takes a few minutes more as it's quite hilly. If you fancy a trip into Split, an Uber costs around 11-15 euros. We would definitely visit again, if we returned to the area.

A very enjoyable stay

The property was well maintained and in a lovely location. The hosts were very attentive, met us for check in and provided us with information on what to do in the local area. If I was to return to the area I would book it again!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und bietet genügend Komfort. Die Einrichtung ist nicht mehr die modernste aber völlig ausreichend. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und wird intensiv vom Vermieter gepflegt. Alle relevanten Räume bzw. Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert.Die Lage auf dem Berg ist zu Fuß äußerst anstrengend gerade mit Gepäck oder in der Mittagssonne dafür hat man als Etage 2 & 3 vom Balkon aus eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer, die Stadt Split, die vor dem Festland liegenden Inseln sowie das umliegende Bergland. Es empfiehlt sich UBER zu nutzen und sich möglichst bis vor die Tür fahren zu lassen. Der Pool bietet im Sommer tagsüber einer Abkühlung, ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und sauber. In den Abendstunden kann man auch das ein oder andere Glas Wein im Jacuzzi genießen. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und empfehlen die Location gern weiter. (10 Personen, 2024 August)

Perfekt hus för en storfamilj på semester.Flera våningar med sovrum, många badrum och kök. Stora terasser.Fin pool och jacuzzi.Den branta backen upp till huset är en viss utmaning men helt klart hanterbar.Snabb och mycket bra service om man behöver hjälp med något.Rekommenderas verkligen.
