Brand new luxury villa in Podgora built and fully equipped in 2020 ready for guests.  
Located in a quiet neighborhood,distanced from other properties, sorrounded by pine trees and olive groves. Located 350 m from the ocean and 4 km long beautiful pebble beaches,800 m from Centre ,500 m from grocery store.  
It is designetd so, our guest can enjoy gorgeous view from balcony,room,overlooking the ocean and islands Brac and Hvar,as well as a panorama of our cozy village.  
Main floor garage fits 4 vehicles plus autdoor parking space and acces. Villa has three storeys and four apartment,each with separat entry trough the shared Mediterranean garden with lovely exemplars of local trees and plants and large stone BBQ.  
STAR feature Divine studio AP, the coziest parth of the villa,owners favourite studio ap.offers heavenly ocean and islands view,cozy balcony,fully equipped modern kitchen ,spacious bathroom,private entry and another amenities suitable for romantic vacation for two or honeymoon.

#### Traumhafte Unterkunft

Wir haben eine Ferienwohnung für eine Woche gebucht. Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und stand uns bei allen Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung war komplett ausgestattet und alles sehr neu und äußerst Sauber. Das Schlafsofa war etwas unangenehm, dazu muss man aber sagen wir schlafen immer sehr weich, das ist Geschmacksache. Stellplätze gibt es dazu und die Umgebung war ein Traum. Wir können es jedem zur Empfehlen dort zu übernachten.
