Unfortunately, I had to do some work while there, but the internet was super fast and allowed ne to wrap up those items while streaming. Even though there was a completely remote feel, the lake was right across the road and there were a number of grocery and convenience stores for last minute needs. It is very spacious and the home is situated in an ideal location to visit various lakes, forests hikes/trails, etc. It was very easy to communicate with the host and I'd return to this beautiful home anytime visiting the Poconos! ##### Markus R. The cabin is a great unique place in a nice wooded area. Beautiful views with lots of windows, a nice set up inside and outside for anything you’d like to do. Love how the rental is dog friendly- just brought her bed and she felt right at home! Lake Naomi is literally across the street and you are only 20 minutes away driving from some of the prettiest hiking trails in NEPA. The cabin is so lovely and well designed- every space has its purpose and you have all the comforts of home to come back to after a day of exploring. We cooked all of our meals there- happily stocked kitchen! Just a heads up to either bring pre ground coffee or prepare to grind yours by hand- takes a bit longer if your'e making a big batch.
