Wristbands are required to be worn while using the numerous community amenities. Eight wristbands are provided for our guests at no additional cost. You must pre-register all guests and vehicles with the community at least 3 days prior to your stay. The maximum number of guests is 8 INCLUDING infants and toddlers.

This 2,868 sq. ft. retreat offers a bright and inviting space designed for connection and relaxation. With cathedral ceilings and an open floor plan, it’s perfect for gathering with loved ones, sharing meals, and enjoying the fresh energy of spring together.

Kitchen and dining:
The custom kitchen easily accommodates several cooks and guests, prepping and snacking in style. The stainless steel Frigidaire professional gas range, microwave, double-door refrigerator and dishwasher will make you feel like a top chef. There are plenty of plates & flatware plus all the cooking utensils and supplies you’ll need to prepare a tasty meal. When it’s time to serve, the kitchen opens to the great room, which includes areas for dining and relaxing. The live-edge dining table has seating for 10 so your entire crew will have room to spare. After dinner, you can relax as you sink into the leather couch and gaze into the dancing flames of the fireplace.

Entertainment:
If it’s entertainment you seek, we’ve got you covered. Both the great room and family loft have large-screen TVs equipped with Roku for streaming your favorite movies & shows. A sound bar, Bluetooth speaker and record player are ready to bring music to your ears. When it’s playtime, the tournament-size pool table, collection of classic board games and an arcade-style classic video system can keep you entertained for hours. The wet bar and wine fridge are ready and waiting for you to stock them with your favorite libations.

Climate Control:
Central heating and air conditioning will keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The bedrooms, great room and loft also have ceiling fans for extra airflow.

Two indoor propane fireplaces add warmth and a cozy glow, making them perfect for chilly evenings.

Three spacious bedrooms and a pull-out couch in the family loft offer cozy and versatile sleeping arrangements:
Ground-Level Master Suite: Features two double beds, a sitting area, and a walk-in closet with toys for kids. The adjoining bathroom includes a 2-person jacuzzi tub and an oversized glass shower, perfect for relaxing after a day of spring adventures.

Upstairs Bedrooms:
One with a queen bed and twin day bed, and another with a plush California king mattress.

Private Work Desks:
Each bedroom also functions as a private workspace, with desks and high-speed internet (500Mbps) available throughout the home.

Outdoor Firepit:
A custom fire pit and six plush Adirondack chairs will keep you cozy and comfortable as you enjoy the great outdoors–even better with smores!
