Secluded Luxury Ski Cabin-Cozy Pocatello Getaway

This ski cabin is the perfect place for a secluded getaway! Come see the stunning nature of southern Idaho, right outside your bedroom window. We are located about 12 minutes from Pocatello proper, 40 minutes from Lava Hot Springs, and a beautiful 30 minute drive from Pebble Creek Ski Area. We can comfortably host 9 people in our 4 bedrooms. Perfect for ski/snowboard trip, small family reunion, or weekend getaway! The property is gated. If booking in the winter, you will need 4-wheel drive.
On the main floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a fireplace. The fireplace is wood burning, wood is not provided. There are large windows that let in great natural light and a beautiful view. In the kitchen, we have a table that seats 6 and a bar that also seats 4. Laundry is right off the kitchen. The main floor also includes 2 bedrooms, 1 with a King and one with a twin. From the living room, you can easily access the back deck. Downstairs, we have another large living space with a TV and king sized bed, and the third bedroom with bunk beds. There is a bathroom as well. From the basement, you can access the fire pit area. This is also where you can store snow gear.
The neighborhood is quite spread out. Within our gated area, there are 3 homes. One you will can see from the front yard, the other in a red shed about 70 yards behind the Cabin that has been converted into a apartment. Both are occupied. The guy who lives in the shed has a cute dog that occasionally says hi.
The best mode of transportation is car. There is parking on the property. The driveway/road to the house is paved, but in the winter can be slick. We keep it plowed, and the main road is maintained by the city. Please note: the jetted tub and TV in upstairs living room is out of order.
