Three adult sisters found the property well appointed and sufficiently spacious. Within walking distance of The Hoe, Barbican, Armada Way, and Plymouth train station. Clean and quiet.

#### Family meet up

Good location. Easy to find, nice houses some made into apartments as where we stayed was. The apartment had everything we needed. The bedding I understand is to be renewed and the cutlery drawer topped up both are needed. Very comfortable settee. Small table for four, big enough for our needs. A shelf above the kitchen worktop would help when storing dry goods because there isn't an empty cupboard for bread, cereal, tea. food, bottles etc. As long as the bedding etc is upgraded we would think of staying again. We parked near by and paid through an app for the parking every day.
