Making it very accessible for guests looking for few stairs. There are 7 stairs into the main first floor, through the front door. The Neighborhood: We are located in a low traffic, family friendly neighborhood, steps to a sandy private beach which registered guests of our home have access to! We love the beauty of our neighborhood and being steps to a gorgeous private beach that isn't crowded. Fantastic for young kids and teenagers alike. Our neighbors are friendly and love our area! Great Wifi strength as well for working from home! Getting Around: Our home and neighborhood is easily accessible by car anytime of year. This is a mixed year round and summer resident neighborhood. We have great areas to walk, hike and bike too. The commuter rail is approximately 8miles from the house. Downtown Plymouth is a 6 minute drive or Ride share! Many places deliver regularly year round along with Uber and Lyft accessibility. Other Things to Note: Enjoy our beach chairs, entertaining essentials, charcoal grille and three relaxing outdoor seating areas during your stay( seasonal)! Parking for 4 cars in the driveway, no street or green space parking. Our home is not rented as a venue. No Cats due to severe allergies. Due to zoning bylaws other animals cannot be accommodated. The house is exactly as described and Colleen is a very responsive host - even dropping off a bag of ice when we couldn't get the ice machine to work. Priscilla Beach has a roped off area and two rafts for jumping off. And the calm water is nice for paddleboarding. At low tide the beach is great for a long walk. We could not be more pleased with the homes layout, location, gorgeous neighborhood/ friendly neighbors and fantastic owners! The size of the home makes it perfect for when our daughters visit with their young children, everyone has plenty of space. The house is always very clean and well maintained. The owners are always updating and adding to the home for comfort and love of this home is very evident. The beach is a short walk from the house and stunning at low tide. We had super weather during our stay! We are working on our dates for next summer and looking forward to renting again for longer than our month stay this summer!! It was wonderful not having to worry about anything with this home and thoroughly enjoy memory making with our kids and grandkids! Jan 8, 2016 #### Lots of Space. Steps to a Great Beach We stayed the week between Christmas and New Years. The location was just down the road from our family so the location was ideal. If there's one word to describe the house it is: spacious. There is lots of room to spread out, have one group watching TV in one room, another relaxing and talking in another, and a third in the giant basement playing games around the table. If the weather is nice, there's room in the backyard and on the raised deck. With four bedrooms/sleeping areas, there's lots of quiet places too escape, too. You would never guess how much space was tucked inside when looking at the house from the road. The linens and towels were quite nice. Each bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen was in great shape for those few times we ate in. This house is a great home base for any travel to Plymouth, the Cape and the far South Shore. Route 3 and 3A are just minutes away. The house was very clean and spacious for our 2 families. The beach is a short walk from the house. There’s a lot to do in the area; we went hiking, played tennis and the kids played basketball. There is plenty of space and the boys enjoyed the "hangout" room. Although the kitchen is on the small size, there is plenty of cupboard space for groceries (often not true in rentals). The backyard is very pleasant and the kids could play while Grandad was barbecuing. The walk to the beach is short but a beach wagon would be helpful. We would rent this property again. ##### Mary W.
