"Les Menhirs" is a beautiful, comfortable single-family house surrounded by trees and meadows in the hamlet of Lann Tréman, Le Goff, France. Renovated in 2019, it offers a private, well-kept garden of 400 m2 with a lawn, wildlife garden, and sunbathing area. The property boasts a secured swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, available seasonally from April 3 to November 27), perfect for a relaxing vacation rental. Enjoy amenities like table tennis, garden furniture, a barbecue area, and ample parking for up to 5 cars. Internet WiFi and a carport are also available.

Immerse yourself in the serene countryside setting, with a shared property spanning 2,500 m2 surrounded by fencing. Relish the private, well-maintained garden of 400 m2, complete with a lush lawn and a dedicated wildlife garden area. Soak up the sun on the lawn designated for sunbathing, or take a refreshing dip in the secured swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm), open seasonally from April 3 to November 27.

Unit Layout  
The property is a 7-room house spanning 170 square meters across two levels, featuring a very comfortable and modern design. The living/dining room includes a veranda with a dining table, satellite TV, and radio, leading out to the terrace. There is one room with a French bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a shower. The kitchen-living room area boasts an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a cooking island with a bar and an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only). A separate WC is available on this level. Upstairs, there is a gallery with sloping ceilings and satellite TV. One room has a French bed (160 cm x 200 cm), while two other rooms each have two beds (90 cm x 200 cm). Another room is equipped with a bunk bed that can accommodate two people (90 cm x 190 cm). There is also a shower and a separate WC on this floor.

The property offers various amenities to enhance your vacation experience. These include a washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot, and internet access (WiFi, free). Additionally, there is a large terrace spanning 40 square meters, a barbecue area, and deck chairs for up to 10 people. Pets and dogs are allowed, with a maximum of two permitted.
