Bestens ausgestattet in alles Bereichen. Auch für unseren Hund klasse. Sehr ruhig gelegen. 5 Minuten fussläufig zu weissen Stränden in der Mündung des Goyen, hier gibt es auch Restaurant, Créperie und Bar (teils nur Open Air) sowie einen Fischhandel. In wenigen Autominuten (oder als Spaziergang) erreicht man das schöne Hafenstädtchen Audierne auf der anderen Flussseite. Wir haben unsere Ferien im Haus von René sehr genossen. Es gab kurzzeitig mal Probleme mit dem Warmwasser, welches aber schnell und ohne Probleme direkt von Mme Boudiguou behobem wurde. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestatt und der riesige Garten ist toll. Einzige kleine Kritikpunkte waren mangelnde Bequemlichkeit des Doppelbettes, die Hellhörigkeit und teilweise kleinere Defekte (Türen lassen sich nicht überall abschließen, Fenster im kleinen Bad war schwer zu öffnen). Das sind aber wirklich Kleinigkeiten! Die Abwicklung und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ebenfalls sehr nett und unkompliziert. Haus vollständig renoviert und bestens auch für Selbstversorger, welche „wirklich“ kochen möchten ausgestattet. Toller, alter Garten mit Obstbäumen. Grundstück prinzipiell eingefriedet, jedoch für Hunde mit ausgeprägtem Erkundungsdrang nicht unüberwindbar, da Mauer teilweise nur knapp hüfthoch und Hecke mit kleineren Lücken. Das kürzlich renovierte, Bretonische Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch gut angebunden an Plouhinec und das Städchen Audierne auf der anderen Seite des Flusses Goyen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kleine Restaurants sind gut erreichbar und ebenso diverse, wunderschöne Strände der Umgebung. Den alten Obstgarten samt Terrasse und hochwertigen Gartenmöbeln haben wir sehr genossen. Im Haus ist alles gemütlich und doch modern eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber, in bestem Zustand und wirkte gepflegt. Besonders die hochwertige Küchenausstattung hat uns Freude bereitet. Wer gerne kocht, findet hier wirklich alles was er braucht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war stets zuverlässig und ausgesprochen freundlich, selbst wenn es etwas zu organisieren gab. Dafür nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön an René! Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Räume sind sehr geschmackvoll, hell und licht gestaltet. In der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche haben wir fast jeden Abend gekocht. Der Empfang bei unserer Ankunft durch Frau Khawla Shili war problemlos und herzlich, die Übergabe am Ende ebenso. Durch eine Erkrankung konnten wir zum eigentlichen Termin nicht anreisen und mussten stornieren. Da das Haus aber später noch verfügbar war, hat der Gastgeber die Buchung einfach verschoben und uns das Haus ohne Probleme für diese spätere Zeit reserviert. Dafür möchten wir Herrn Wohlfeil - Ducroz sehr herzlich danken, auch für die Geduld bei der Kommunikation in den verschiedenen Sprachen. Es war für uns eine unvergessliche Reise auf den Spuren einer Familiengeschichte, besonders für unsere 89jährige Mutter und einen grossen Anteil hat dabei auch diese gastliche Unterkunft. Das alte Fischerhaus mit Charme wurde 2020 fantastisch renoviert und bietet jeden Komfort. Der große Wohnraum mit Essbereich ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die moderne Küche top ausgestattet, hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Die beiden stylischen Duschbäder (im EG und 1\. OG) jeweils mit separatem WC scheinen selbst für mehr als 4 Erwachsene ausreichend (wir waren nur zu dritt). In der ersten Etage liegen zwei große Schlafzimmer mit komfortablen Doppelbetten. Ganz oben unterm Dach juchhe können noch mal 4 Personen in zwei Zimmern mit je 2 großen Einzelbetten wohnen. Der nicht einsehbare, große Garten mit alten Obstbäumen war ein kleines Paradies für unseren Hund und ist komplett eingezäunt. Terrasse, zwei Liegestühle, Grill … alles vorhanden! Ein kleiner Strand in der Mündung des Goyen ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreicht, ebenfalls ideal für die morgendliche Hunderunde. Zu den Restaurants in Audierne geht man zu Fuß etwa eine halbe Stunde, zum Café du Port (authentisch, einfach und sehr lecker, z.B. Moules Frites usw. sowie auf Vorbestellung ein sehr gutes Hummer Ragout) unten am Hafen von Plouhinec nur fünf Minuten. Diverse Strände sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, dort kann man auch wunderbar wandern. Als kleines Hafenstädtchen mit guter Auswahl an Bars, Crêperies und Restaurants haben wir mit Audierne für uns den idealen Urlaubsort im Finistère gefunden. Elle est très agréable et très joliment décorée !!! La cuisine est très équipée avec un électroménager neuf . Le jardin est clos parfait pour notre chien. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Verkehrsgünstig und doch ruhig gelegen, sehr nette Nachbarn. Strand und Geschäfte kann man zu Fuß in einigen Minuten erreichen.
