On the ground floor, a lovely living room with open-plan kitchen opens onto the sunny terrace and garden. You can also take advantage of the heated swimming pool from May to September. This villa is the perfect place for a relaxing family break to discover the riches of Morbihan. IN JULY & AUGUST: RENTAL FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY Ideally located between the Pays d'Auray and Pays de Lorient, this comfortable 170m2 house comprises a lovely living room with open-plan kitchen and bedroom on the ground floor, with direct access to the terrace. Upstairs, a master suite and 2 bedrooms can accommodate 8 people. All the bedrooms overlook the garden and offer uninterrupted views over the Ria d'Etel. In the garden, you can enjoy the terrace and heated swimming pool (May/September). Parking available in front of the house. A signposted hiking trail, just a 5-minute walk away, allows you to discover the Ria d'Etel and its heritage. The house is located on the edge of the village, 500 m from the main shops (bakery, butcher's, grocery shop and cellar, pharmacy). Leisure activities: Beaches, fishing, mini-golf, tennis court, horse riding, sailing school, water sports all year round (surfing, kite-surfing, sand yachting, kayaking, etc.). On the Plouhinec side, you have easy access to the Linès, Kervégant and Magouëro beaches, where you can enjoy a range of sporting activities as well as admiring the beautiful scenery. Close to Lorient, Vannes and Auray. Also worth a visit nearby are the charming little port of Le Vieux Passage, the oppidum of Mané-Coh-Castel, the Gallo-Roman Villa of Mané-Vechen and the many natural and megalithic sites in the surrounding area.
