### Noz Vat - Appt pour 2 avec balcon

Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offer you this charming 30 m² flat in Plouha which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room and WC. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation includes :   
\- A 15 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.  
\- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)  
\- Bathroom with shower and WC  
  
Outside:  
\- A 6m² balcony as well as a table and two chairs to enjoy the fine weather and eat out.  
  
The flat is ideally located in Plouha, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.  
The beaches are just 4 km away by car.  
  
Public transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.  
  
For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Gare de Saint Brieuc 31 km away (30 min by car)  
\- Nearest airport: Saint Brieuc airport 24 km (20 min by car)
