Come and discover this charming single-storey house 2 steps from the pretty port of Portsall.

Entering the house, you access the large living room composed of the living room and the equipped American kitchen.
You then take the corridor to access the WC, the bathroom with shower and the 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a 140x200 double bed, the 2nd bedroom is composed of 2 90x200 twin beds which can therefore make a large 180x200 bed.
The garden is completely fenced, ideal for children or for animals. You can also enjoy a pleasant terrace for lunch or dinner.

The house is located 800m from the small port of Portsall which includes many shops (Portsall fishery, Proxi, bakery, restaurants...). For water sports enthusiasts, the Portsall Sailing Club is in the immediate vicinity. The surroundings also offer magnificent spots for windsurfing, kite-surfing, surfing, wing, paddle... If you prefer the beach, beautiful white sandy beaches are quickly accessible.

The little extras that you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist places to visit!

Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most tourist places in the Pays d'Iroise: go and discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (possible departure from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or in the Sainte Marguerite dunes, visit Pointe Saint Matthieu, the castle of Kergroadès, or the museum of navy in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, The Leclerc Foundation in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts...
For children you will also find nearby: the 3 parish priest's school (theme park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing spots are nearby. For those who play golf, you will find several nearby, including the Abers golf course.

This accommodation is not suitable for people in wheelchairs but it can be adapted for people with reduced mobility. Our 4-legged friends are also welcome!
