Ideal for luxurious stays with family or friends, this property combines modernity and top-of-the-range amenities. Outside, you will be delighted by the large enclosed garden, offering a vast petanque pitch and a superb heated swimming pool at 27° from May to September depending on weather conditions. Relax in the spa heated to 29° from April to October or enjoy the large landscaped terrace with a dining area and an outdoor lounge for convivial and relaxing moments outdoors. The charcoal barbecue is replaced by a beautiful electric plancha for good meals with family or friends. The house is also equipped with a very spacious indoor and outdoor parking area. The interior of the house will seduce you with its very spacious living area, equipped with a large fully equipped American kitchen, featuring large hobs and an American fridge with filtered water and ice cubes, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The bright and welcoming living room is the ideal place to gather as a family. A bedroom with a trundle bed for two people and a magnificent master suite with a queen-size bed in 160x200, a large walk-in wardrobe and a beautiful bathroom with shower and bathtub, offer exceptional comfort on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find two elegant bedrooms, ideal for children, with twin beds of 90x200, configurable into double beds of 180x200, each with its own bathroom. The third bedroom, equipped with a queen-size bed of 160x200 and an office corner ideal for teleworking, also has its own private terrace. A comfortable bathroom with double sink, shower and bathtub, as well as a games room with a football table complete this floor, offering moments of relaxation and entertainment for everyone. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette maison, tout était parfait ! Un super accueil par l'équipe de la conciergerie, de délicates petite attentions à notre arrivée, merci pour les crêpes délicieuses ! La maison est parfaite en tout point ! Située dans une petite impasse au calme, on y trouve des prestations haut de gamme. Une belle piscine et un sauna sur la grande terrasse, une maison spacieuse avec chacun sa salle de bain, tout le monde y trouve sa place sans se marcher dessus. Une conciergerie qui nous donne de supers conseils de restos et de bons plans pour découvrir les environs... Franchement que demander de plus ?
