« おかげさまで本当に楽しい家族旅行を楽しめました。 レジデンスの方はホテルより客室は古そうですが、ホテルよりリーズナブルな価格で、しかしホテルと同じ共用施設(朝食会場、プール、ジムなど)を利用できるのでとてもよかったです。客室は少し古いとは言っても、無料のネスプレッソがあったり、掃除も行き届きとても快適に過ごせました。なによりもフレンドリーで丁寧なホテルスタッフが多く、とても楽しく過ごせました。ここには詳細に書きませんが、マニュアル外であろうことも、色々と臨機応変に親切に快く対応してくれました。 一点だけ難があるとすれば、ロケーションです。最寄りのMRTのプルンチット駅は徒歩だと微妙に遠く、ホテルが用意してくれてるシャトルバスを利用することになりますが、夜9時までの運行です。また、敷地内のショッピングモールの3階にフードコートがありますが、平日の日中の営業が中心で夜と週末は閉まっており、近場で済まそうとするとそのモールかホテル、あるいは近隣のレストランになりちょっと高くつくかも。 総合的に本当に良いホテルでしたので、次のバンコク旅行の際もまた泊まりたいです！ »

"Mon séjour à l’hôtel s’est très bien passé. L’accueil a été chaleureux et le personnel attentif. J’ai particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions offertes, comme le mini-bar gratuit et le café mis à disposition à l’accueil — un vrai plus! La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée. L’ambiance générale de l’établissement est agréable et invite à la détente. En résumé, une belle expérience que je recommande sans hésiter pour un séjour au cœur de la ville"

"Les chambres sont belles et spacieuses. Literie confortable. Malheureusement en face d’une discothèque. On entend la musique et les Tuk Tuk toute la nuit….le personnel est bienveillant et efficace. Le quartier, bien que bien desservi n’est pas le plus typique ni le plus agréable de Bangkok."
