Unit Layout  
Ty Breiz is a 3-room house spanning over 90 square meters on two levels. The cozy furnishings include a living/dining room with a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, and satellite TV with international channels. An exit leads to the garden from this room. The open kitchen is equipped with one hot plate, an oven, three gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and Senseo coffee capsules (extra). Another exit to the garden is accessible from the kitchen. There is a separate toilet on the same floor. On the upper level, you will find one room with sloping ceilings featuring a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and another room with sloping ceilings containing two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a double hand basin.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers various amenities to enhance your vacation experience. Gas heating is available to keep you comfortable during cooler days. The floors are adorned with parquet, adding warmth and elegance to the interior. Outdoor amenities include terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, and two deck chairs, allowing you to relax and enjoy the pleasant weather. For your convenience, a washing machine and a hair dryer are provided. Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and a maximum of one small pet or dog is allowed. A smoke alarm is installed for your safety.
