Korenica 18 km from Plitvice: Chalet "Plitvice II", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Vrelo Koreničko, in a quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. For shared use: property 900 m2\. Private: barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 3.9 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Plitvička jezera 18 km. Please note: Property ref. HR3850.411.1 is situated on the same property. For privately use: outdoor hot tub for 2 persons (extra). Online ticket purchase for Plitvice Lakes National Park at least 2 days prior to visit is necessary.  
2-room chalet 40 m2 on 2 levels, north facing position. Living/dining room 20 m2 with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), TV (flat screen), wood-burning stove and air conditioning. Open kitchen (oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates). Shower/WC. Wood heating. Top floor: (steep stair), 1 open room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 30 - 250 cm with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Facilities: logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free).

#### Lage, Lage, Lage

Die Schlafetage ist der Hammer - mit Blick morgens ins Grüne - vollkommen ungestört, das Gemurmel des Baches als Background-Sound. - Über kleinere Technische Unzulänglichkeiten (Dusche an der Holzwand.. wie lange wird das gut gehen?), Außensteckdosen, die nicht funktionieren muss der Perfektionist hinwegsehen. In Summe zählt die wunderschöne Lage und die ansonsten hochwertige Ausstattung. Achtung - nicht geeignet für Leute, die nicht in der Lage sind Leitern zu besteigen. - Sonst traumhaft!
