Located near Vannes, this comfortable flat is the ideal place to spend a holiday with family or friends and explore Vannes and the surrounding area in complete tranquillity. In a quiet residence, it has its own parking space, and a bus stop in front of the residence means you can reach the centre of Vannes in just a few minutes.   
  
Beaches, shops and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away by car.   
  
This ground-floor flat in a modern residence comprises a pleasant living room opening onto an outdoor terrace and garden, an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.   
  
Linen provided. The cost of this service is included in the price of the house.   
  
This accommodation is ideally located for a relaxing holiday, taking full advantage of the Vannes region (Presqu'île de Ruys, Golfe du Morbihan and Baie de Quiberon).   
  
It's also the ideal base from which to enjoy the JAZZ IN CITY FESTIVAL from 26 to 29 July. During these few days, the whole town will be vibrating to the rhythm of jazz. Several concerts are scheduled at the foot of the ramparts (Gabi Hartmann, Amadou & Mariam, Chris Potter, Avishai Cohen and many others!)

The residence is a 5-minute walk from the 3 Soleils shopping centre, which includes a number of local shops (bakery, butcher, fishmonger, grocery shop, florist).   
  
Just a short drive from Vannes, Plescop is an ideal base for exploring the region at your leisure. Situated not far from the coastal towns of the Golfe du Morbihan (Arradon, Baden, Larmor-Baden), it offers easy access to hiking trails and harbours from which to explore the Golfe and its many islands by boat, including Ile aux Moines and Ile d'Arz. It is also a strategic location for exploring the towns of Auray and Vannes and the sublime Bay of Quiberon (Saint Philibert, La Trinité-sur-Mer, Carnac, Plouharnel).   
  
Megalithic sites, marinas, surfing beaches, lounging beaches, hiking trails - the range of activities on offer here is vast. Lovers of water sports (sea kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing) will be able to enjoy themselves to their heart's content, without penalising keen hikers or cyclists. Throughout your stay, the Bay of Quiberon and the Gulf of Morbihan offer spectacular scenery. A region not to be missed!   
  
Leisure activities: Numerous opportunities for walking or cycling (signposted footpaths and cycle paths). Beaches, fishing, tennis courts, mini-golf, horse-riding, sailing school, water sports all year round (surfing, kite-surfing, sand yachting, kayaking, etc.). Visit the megalithic sites of Carnac, Erdeven and Locmariaquer. Discover the marina at La Trinité-sur-mer, the Quiberon peninsula and its wild coastline. For golf enthusiasts, the Baden and Ploêmel (Saint-Laurent) golf courses are less than 20 minutes away by car.   
  
The Kiceo 8 bus line (Michel stop) is 100 m from the centre of Vannes.   
  
Access to the RN165 in 5 minutes by car.   
  
Sheets and household linen must be provided. Included in the price of the cleaning. This includes disposable bed protectors, sheets, 2 towels per person, bath mats and tea towels.
