Your apartment located on the 1st floor, with elevator, of a luxury residence includes on the same level: Entrance hall with cupboard, beautiful living room opening onto a balcony offering a magnificent sea view, superbly equipped fitted kitchen, a relaxation office area opening onto a 2nd balcony facing the courtyard side and very sunny at the end of the day, 1 bedroom with sea view (1 160x200 bed) with its private bathroom (bath), a separate toilet, a bedroom (1 140x190 bed) with its private bathroom. Walking poles, relaxation mats (fields of flowers), weights, Finnish skittles, net/snowshoes and ball available. Outside : Private parking in the secure residence car park. Bike storage available. Lots of elegance and refinement for this apartment located facing the sea, facing the immense Rosaires beach. The place is relaxing, rejuvenating, the cozy atmosphere imbued with designer furniture provides guaranteed well-being. Everything was chosen carefully! So what a pleasure to wake up to discover the morning joggers, to live to the rhythm of the tides! no need to anticipate: you take the elevator, cross the street without fear of prohibited cars passing in front of the residence, and you are on the beach. At the very end, you can reach the hiking trails. In season, the resort comes alive with its beach club, the lively terraces on the esplanade where on Wednesday evenings a free Zumba class is given! Don't want to cook? no worries, restaurants and creperies are open all year round. 9 km from St-Brieuc, 4.5 km from the center of Plérin, 16 km from Binic, a pretty seaside resort on the Côte de Goëlo.
