The apartment includes: a bedroom (2 single beds), a living room with a quality sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen / dining room and a shower room. The accommodation has private parking at the foot of the building. The BIG ASSET of this apartment is the proximity to the large Val-André beach, located one block away, 50 m (1 min walk). The center of the resort, its small shops are a 5-minute walk away, you can access it safely and with an exceptional panorama, via the large dike which runs along the large beach. You can also enjoy various and varied activities such as a stroll at the port of Dahouët, a moment of relaxation at the marine SPA, at the Casino or at the cinema, a game on the magnificent Golf course or a getaway with the nautical center.
