### La Marin'home - Belle Maison 6p proche de la plage

The Cocoonr agency offers this charming new 90 m² house for rent in Pléneuf-Val-André, less than 1 km from the beach. It can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises an attractive 38 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath. There is also a 200 m² garden. Wi-Fi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation includes :  
\- A 38 m² living room with sofa, TV and a dining area.  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1 with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed (140×190)  
\- Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds  
\- Bathroom with shower and bath  
\- A separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- A beautiful 200 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.  
  
The house is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in very pleasant surroundings. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.  
  
For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Lamballe station 16km away  
\- Nearest airport : Rennes airport 115km away

La Marin'home Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Dahouët und Umgebung verbracht. In ruhiger Lage mit sympathischen Nachbarn und wunderschönen Stränden lässt es sich gut urlauben. Für den täglichen Bedarf kann man alles in Umkreis von 5 km erwerben. An Orten wie Cap d‘Erquy, Cap Frehel, Dinard, Dinan und San Marlo ist man innerhalb von 30-60 Minuten. Für Freunde der kulinarischen Bretagne bietet das Meer, die Landwirtschaft alles von feinster Qualität.
