This charming terraced house with sea views, located in a small stone residence facing Pissot Beach, is ideal for a vacation in Pléneuf-Val-André. Beautifully furnished, it features two terraces for enjoying the sun at any time. The GR34 coastal path runs nearby and invites you to enjoy superb walks along the Emerald Coast. Just a stone's throw away are the large beach, the seawall promenade lined with Belle Époque villas, the local Tuesday market, and numerous activities: golf, tennis, horseback riding, water sports, thalassotherapy, swimming pool, bike rentals, and more. In the surrounding area, don't miss Lamballe, Moncontour, Dinan, Cap Fréhel, Saint-Malo, Cancale, or Dinard.   
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. No dog allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Bring your own bed linen. Bring your own towels. Charging of e-vehicles not permitted
