Was told car park was full and to move car elsewhere only to then be able to pay for parking at the hotel when complained. Mattress far too hard gave me neck pain. Food in restaurant mixed. Sometimes ok sometimes bad but never great. "

"Room was tidy (which is the most important thing for us). We just wanted a clean, basic hotel and were happy with the experience. The staff were all lovely and really helpful! We didn't love the breakfast to be honest (it didn't seem super fresh), but we were happy with our stay. "

"The only issue i had was that there was no milk in the rooms for the tea or coffee. And unless you ask tea and coffee was not replaced. I dont think this is a major problem to be honesy, it was a lovely hotel, really nice. Really accessible as there is a bus station a 5 min walk away"

"The rooms were clean but in need of an upgrade. Bathroom in need of upgrade - bath was very plastic feeling and shower rather feeble. The staff were excellent, they went above and beyond for us as we were celebrating a 21st Birthday while there. Had a sea view. Food choices were good although sometimes the food was lukewarm. I did notice some people microwave their food. Entertainment was good, something for everyone during the day and at night too - Entertainment team were very good Hotel is family friendly Overall had a lovely week away"

"This was an excellent choice for our stay on tenerife in the canary islands. Our third floor seaside room was wonderful because we could leave the door open and listen to the waves. And yet, still have privacy during the day, because people could not see in from the street. The breakfast offering is quite amazing. And the room has modern appointments that were really nice such as motion detected nightlights in the bathroom and l e d's that could be set for different light levels. It's true that the rooms are not very large and the bathroom is quite a squeeze. I was also a little stumped that amenities did not include body lotion or hair conditioner. These seem pretty basic for a four star hotel. However, overall it was a wonderful place for us to spend our time in the canary islands"
