Taxis and über are very cheap in Cusco, so get one two and from the door of the hotel if you have a suitcase. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Normal checkout is 10:00 a.m. Late checkout at noon is available for USD $35, which is not great. The desk are happy to look after cases for hours or days at no charge."
