"Highly recommend. Gorgeous, central location overlooking the main Plaza and church tower. Incredible service - Maurice went above and beyond, meeting me at the town border to guide me through town to the parking spot, carrying my suitcase to and from my room, and providing me excellent advice on dining and sights. "Best hotel we've ever stayed in and we've been to Nerja ten times. Room cleaned everyday, hotel was spotless, lovely staff that go out of their way to greet staff eveytime you enter the hotel. They even arranged taxi to airport. Driver met us at reception, took our cases and escorted us to carpark for €80. After staying at Hotel Balcon wouldnt stay anywhere else!"

"What a wonderful building! We were in the “suite” and it was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "We had the pleasure of staying 10 glorious days here. The apartment was spotless and has all the amenities you need. Wonderful to have water and a couple of other refreshments upon arrival. And the view!! As per other reviews photos do not do it justice. Communication throughout has been second to non and even helped due to flight cancellations. It’s a great base to adventure. Shall definitely be back! Thank you "

"We didn’t stay in the apartment shown, but we were given a 2 bedroom apartment with fantastic views. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and we were given plenty of towels, which was great. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these apartments and will be back soon!"
