All Countries next to the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico are experiencing a wave of seaweed. The conditions are dependent on the currents and weather and can determine the usability of the beach club. We can not control beach conditions but you can monitor the situation on the live WEBCAM on LetsGoPDC.  
  
This vacation rental located in the Oceanfront complex is the only condo with it's own beach club restaurant on site. This complex offers the best amenities that Playa has to offer. Please note that the unit sleeps 6 adults with the exception of 2 additional children...One in current bed set up and one in a rollaway bed or crib (additional cost).   
  
Immaculate, Bali-style, OCEANFRONT, condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths in appx 2000 square feet. With a beautiful heated pool, in-pool massage chairs, and amenities including, Beach club restaurant, world-class gym (The Gym),and spa. This property has it all! This is a unique condo complex with individual owners, yet all professionally managed by one company providing continuity and the highest level of service in Playa.   
  
This condo is all about the views, views, views! The wrap around terrace includes your own private Jacuzzi with access from the living room and master bedroom. The living room has curved windows and sliding glass doors facing the beach for breathtaking ocean views. The terrace also has lounge chairs and a dining table to enjoy your morning coffee as the sun rises.  
  
The stainless-steel kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. It even includes a dishwasher and filtrated water system (something unusual in Playa).

#### Great condo in a great location

We enjoyed a great stay at this condo. Everything was first class from the accommodation itself (and beautiful ocean view - it really is directly overlooking the beach) to the staff at the condo complex to the great communication from Jamais the owner. Location is a 2 min walk from the action on 5th avenue but very quiet, I would highly recommend a stay here.

#### Great Beach club

We have stayed here several times before. We love the property and the beach club. Unfortunately for us the seaweed was so bad the usually great swimming was not there. They are trying to clean it up and have installed a barrier net but they have lost some of the beach in the process. I hope they get this resolved.
